How it Works

Once you decide that our mobile app is right for your charitable organization, we guide you from start to finish making sure things go buttery smooth. You will have a dedicated app specialist who will work with you every step of the way.

Step 1 – Design

We will start by having a call to discuss the overall design direction for your app. We will then create mockups so you can review and provide feedback. Our team will make requested revisions and make sure you are happy with the overall design.

Step 2 – Build App

Our development team takes over at this point and builds your app. They apply the approved designs and go through a rigorous internal testing process to make sure the app works flawlessly.

Step 3 – Training

This happens concurrently with the app build. We will schedule a training session with your team to go through the app management system for your app. We will make sure you know how to use all the features. At this point you can start adding your app content. Don’t worry, if you have any questions we will just be a phone call away.

Step 4 – App Review

Once the app is developed we will make it available for download to your team so you can test and we can make any final tweaks. Once you approve it, it will be ready for app store submission.

Step 5 – App Store Submission

We will submit your apps to the appropriate app stores. If there are any issues (Apple can be fussy), we will make sure they are resolved and your app is available for download.

Step 6 – Marketing Plan

We will talk with you about how to market your app and develop a plan so that you can maximize downloads and use.

Step 7 – Maintenance

We don’t disappear once your app is launched. We will make maintenance updates and roll out new features. We will also check in quarterly to review how your app is doing. Also if you have questions, just give us a call or send us an email.
